Exit Strategy

Company Exit Strategy

At any point, if all members of the company decide unanimously to dissolve the company, the company will exit out of the marketplace adopting one of two following strategies.
  1. Liquidating Resources: All of the company's major assets including its domain name and database will be sold off and the proceeds from liquidating resources will be divided equally among team members.
  2. Acquisition: The other option is acquisition by another firm. In this scenario, the co-founders of the company will retain certain equity in the company or they will receive a deal equivalent to this equity.

Individual Exit Strategy

If a team member decides to leave the team, he has to give a 6 month notice to the team and assist them in finding a suitable replacement to fill his shoes. His equity will be divided equally among other shareholders in the company.
